A free control and acquisition software for scan generators and image acquisition in electron microscopy
The software includes configuration and launch of new scan jobs for SEM and STEM, including the necessary pre-scan, synchronisation, resolution and dwell time parameters.
The targeted hardware platform is the USB-interfaced SEM acquisition module from point electronic GmbH, which is compatible with most electron microscopes.
